Return Policy

 *We do not issue refunds!*
Online orders are only eligible for store credit. We cannot exchange online orders. Items move in and out very quickly and we cannot guarantee items will still be in stock when we receive your return and we do not hold items for exchange.  We MUST be notified within 4 days of receipt of your purchase if you plan to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive & process your return, you will be issued a coupon code in the amount of your returned item (less any shipping overages paid by us) that you can use on your next purchase. Orders MUST reach us 12 days from the day you received your order. 
*Items purchased in store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 DAYS of purchase. We DO NOT hold items for exchange. 
If you order online & choose in store pick-up your return window is still 14 days from date of purchase...not the date that you pick up your order. If you wait longer than 14 days to pick up your order it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. 
If your order qualified for free shipping and you send back any items from that order the shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from your return amount. 
**Sales on items marked Doorbusters, Clearance, or are 20% off or more are FINAL and not eligible for return or exchange for any reason. 
**Holiday themed items cannot be returned once that particular holiday has passed no matter when they were purchased.
**Jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
*Orders placed using store credit are FINAL SALE.
Gift cards are not eligible for exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors and pet hair, and have tags still attached in resellable condition. This includes cigarette smoke. If your items smell like smoke they will be refused and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you. Shoe returns MUST be in the original box and placed inside a mailer or another box prior to shipping. DO NOT tape up the shoe box and ship...this will result in your return not being accepted and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. 

To complete your return in store, we require a receipt...no exceptions. 
For online orders, the email you receive confirming your order is your receipt. You can print a copy to send with your return or write your order number on a piece of paper and include with your return.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Excessive returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Excessive includes (but is not limited to) 3 or more returns in a 30 day period or returning items from every or most orders. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return any items in the order the shipping charge will be deducted from your return amount. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as we have no control over what occurs once the package leaves our store. Please contact your local post office or www.usps.com to file a claim if this occurs. 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We can no longer cancel orders placed using Afterpay. If you used another payment method & you need to cancel your order, we MUST be notified within 24 hrs via email or messenger on our business page. Once a shipping label has been created, orders cannot be cancelled no matter when it was placed. Orders placed on high volume days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday CANNOT be cancelled for any reason due to the high demand for items and high order volume. Any Paypal or credit card fees will be deducted from your refund amount on cancelled orders as we still incur these fees.
