Return Policy


 SORRY, NO REFUNDS!
Online orders are only eligible for store credit. We cannot exchange online orders as we cannot guarantee items will still be in stock when we receive your return.  We MUST be notified within 4 days of receipt of your purchase if you plan to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a coupon code in the amount of your returned item that you can use on your next purchase. Orders MUST reach us 14 days from the day you received your order. 
*Items purchased in store are available for exchange or store credit within 14 DAYS of purchase. 
If you order online & choose in store pick-up your return window is still 14 days from date of purchase...not the date that you pick up your order. If you wait longer than 14 days to pick up your order it is no longer eligible for return. 
**Sales on items marked Clearance are FINAL and not eligible for return. 

Gift cards are not eligible for exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unworn, free of odors and pet hair, and have tags still attached. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Excessive returns (more than 3 in a 30 day period) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as we have no control over what occurs once the package leaves our store. Please contact your local post office to file a claim if this occurs.
